How We Engineer
People own the decisions.
Engineering owns the implementation.
AI accelerates the work.
Verification decides what ships.
Engineering Flow
Methodology
Engineer Source of Truth
A named engineer owns architecture decisions, merge authority, and production judgment. AI accelerates work; it does not replace accountability.
AI-Assisted Development
AI can accelerate drafting, exploration, boilerplate, and multi-step workflow preparation where language and pattern matching help.
Deterministic Verification
Critical outputs are validated through deterministic tools — type checkers, tests, schemas, validators, and audit scripts — not by asking a model whether it is correct.
Human Gates
Human approval remains required where judgment, safety, money, access, or irreversible customer outcomes matter.
Engineering has an owner.
Vishal G.
Founder & CEO
Vishal G. is Founder & CEO of Vasiva. He leads engineering and establishes merge gates, deterministic verification patterns, and human-in-the-loop review across production AI systems.
Panneer
Systems Engineer
Panneer builds production AI data channels, Model Context Protocol (MCP) server boundaries, and evaluation harnesses with deterministic gates. Not a founder — engineering teammate at Vasiva.
Vikas
Software Engineer
Vikas focuses on event architectures, webhook idempotency, queue resilience, and sequential product development workflows at Vasiva.
Naveen
Infrastructure Engineer
Naveen handles infrastructure, edge network resilience, chunked media pipelines, and deterministic CI/CD release verification at Vasiva.
Barath
Product Engineer
Barath builds production internal tools, double-entry financial ledgers, audit trail integrity, and supervised engineering workflows at Vasiva.
Product Evidence
| Product | Engineering Evidence | Status |
|---|---|---|
| WorkHub | Device-level verification, action auditability, execution workflows. | Public deployment reachable |
| TalkBetter | Resilient media workflow, local caching, retry-oriented processing. | Public deployment reachable |
| Vasiva First Reply | Workflow automation, enquiry routing, operational actions. | Not independently verified |
Security is part of the engineering boundary.
We rely on documented controls, not generic enterprise promises.
- Device verification & authentication
- Execution execution auditability
- Authorization boundaries
- Workflow execution controls
- Human approval gates
We separate what we built from what we can prove.
We distinguish implementation evidence, documented architecture, deployment observations, and claims that cannot yet be independently verified.
